In line with his commitment to prioritising his workers welfare, the Executive Chairman of Mkpat Enin Local Government, Hon (Engr.) Emmanuel Inyang on Monday met with staff of the council under the Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE.

At the strategic meeting in the Council Secretariat, Mkpat Enin, Engr. Inyang tasked staff on diligence and dedication to duties as his administration intends to reward hard work and effective service delivery.

He applauded the Head of Local Government Service, Comrade Edet Okosin for his managerial skills and the leadership of NULGE, led by Comrade Amaette Sunday David for their support.

The Head of Service, Comrade Edet Okosin commended the Chairman’s leadership style, which has fostered a harmonious working relationship.

NULGE Chairperson, Comrade Amaette David was grateful to the Council boss for prioritising staff’s workers, a gesture she said has earned the Chairman the trust and support of workers and prayed for God’s guidance of his administration.

Goodwill messages by the Clerk of the Legislature, Mrs. Eunice Uzono; Secretary, Traditional Rulers Council, Mr. Aniekan Ntia; Chief Director of Administration, Mr. Godwin Udobia; and Office Manager (Administration), Mr. Inwang Evanston Ekanem described Engr. Inyang’s leadership as unprecedented.

Also at the meeting was the Vice Chairman of the Council, Mrs. Owoidoho Inyangetuk and the Secretary of Council, Hon. Aniedi Ekanem.
